Friends in the Desert reaches out to those in the community who are in need. We serve hot meals 6 days a week to the homeless in Henderson. Our New Song Ministry prepares and serves a hot meal the first Sat of every other month and we prepare sack lunches one week a month for the day they do not get a hot meal. (Sack lunches are prepared to be delivered to St. Timothy’s Church by the 4th Saturday of each month.) Volunteers are always welcome for all stages of the process.
